- You will be working on products which have various components like Backend, APIs, DB, Frontend, Android as well as iOS applications.

- Please note that this is a completely hands-on position, and you are expected to code about 80% of your time.
- You will assist the project manager in identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks of any kind.

About the role:
- We are looking for Business Analysts with 4-6 years of relevant experience in the development of the product or project.
- You need to collaborate with Business Analysts (local business in Europe/Singapore/USA) to elicit, review and improve functional specifications (based on User Requirements), which should include functional tests description and acceptance criteria.
- You should ensure that User Stories are prepared and updated during the whole development process in order to always reflect developments to be performed.
- You need to review Test Scenarios and Test Cases, providing input to the specification as required.
- You need to ensure that extensive Test Cases are properly written/updated and validated in close collaboration with QA Test team for new or updated features.
- You need to escalate and follow-up in a timely manner any and all issues that might be a blocker, issue deviation from SOPs, etc.
- You should contribute to the troubleshooting, tests, and documentation of selected applications functions, at a high-quality level.
- You should work with the development team to resolve issues when required.
- You may have to support the sales team in preparing project proposals/bidding.
- You should be strong in developing User stories, and UI mockups.
- You should have good experience with business requirements, creating Epics, wireframes, Themes, and User Stories.
- You should have a strong software development/engineering background.
- You should possess excellent communication skills.
- Should have experience in handling clients.
- You should be comfortable working exceptionally hard in a demanding situation as we are a startup and this is a high-performance work environment.

- You should have at least 5+ years of work experience in building front end applications.
- You will be responsible for developing the frontend applications using HTML5, CSS, BootStrap, Angular / Typescript, JavaScript, etc.
- You’ll be managing a team of about 2 to 5 (possibly more) members.
- You will have direct access to the clients and will have the responsibility for the timely delivery of the project.
- Please note that this is a completely hands-on position, and you are expected to code about 80% of your time.
- You should have an exceptionally good at Angular / Typescript framework.
- You should have executed at least 2 medium/complex projects in Angular / Typescript.
- You should be exceptionally good at JavaScript/DOM.
- You should have strong work ethics.
- You should be willing to travel to client locations (national/international).
- You should be able to work under pressure and deliver the projects in tough timelines.
- You should have a basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals.
- You should have a positive mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge / Experience of React, Vue or Node.js is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of backend development using any technology is a strong plus.
